Convinced that employees are the most valuable resource and the heart of any organization's success, Thai Roong Ruang Chilli Sauce Co., Ltd. organized its annual field trip and development activity for 2025, "Mabin Company Outing 2025," from July 26-27, 2025, at Phu Sak Than Resort, Nakhon Nayok Province. The primary objective was to boost morale and reward employees' dedication throughout the year, while also fostering unity and teamwork efficiency.

The first morning of the trip began with a spirit of enthusiasm. All employees registered for the activity before departing for Nakhon Nayok Province, a destination surrounded by beautiful nature. The organizers selected "Cho Chamuang Restaurant" for lunch, allowing all employees to savor delicious local cuisine, a memorable start to their experience.

 
After checking into Phu Sak Than Resort, the executives were honored to officially open the event, presenting their vision and offering a message of encouragement to all employees. To guide and inspire teamwork, the team continued with recreational activities designed to break the ice, build familiarity, and lay the foundation for team preparation. The event then led everyone to the real highlight: "Whitewater Rafting," a crucial test of teamwork. All employees relied on communication, planning, and mutual trust to navigate the challenges and achieve their shared goal.

 
Following the energy-drenched activities, it was time for a relaxing break before the evening party, featuring a Thai buffet. The atmosphere was warm and friendly, providing an opportunity for executives and staff to interact closely beyond their regular work duties, which helped break down barriers and foster a better understanding.

The next morning, after breakfast, the group traveled to Khun Dan Prakan Chon Dam to enjoy the scenic view. They then paid homage to sacred objects at Wat Chulabhornwanaram (Luang Pho Pak Daeng) to enhance auspiciousness and strengthen their spiritual bond. The trip concluded with a stop at the "souvenir shop," where employees could purchase souvenirs for family and loved ones. They then returned to Thai Roong Ruang Chilli Sauce Co., Ltd. in Samut Sakhon Province.

The conclusion of the "Mabin Company Outing 2025" activity was not just a leisure trip, but also aimed to develop our people and strengthen the foundation of our corporate culture. The company strongly believes that the power of unity, friendship, and inspiration gained from this trip will be a significant driving force for all employees to jointly lead the organization towards its goals and achieve greater success in the future.
