Fried Chicken
Crispy fried chicken on the outside, tender on the inside, served with the sweet chilli sauce mabin brand. A touch of spice adds a delicious, irresistible flavor to every bite!

Ingredients 
Chicken thighs / drumsticks / wings 500 grams
Crispy flour 1 cup
Ice cold water (for dissolving the flour) 3/4 cup
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Ground pepper 1/4 teaspoon
Vegetable oil  1 liter
Sweet chilli sauce mabin brand 4 - 5 tablespoons

Fresh vegetables as desired

 

Directions
  1. Marinate the chicken with salt and pepper and let it sit for 15–30 minutes to allow the flavors to penetrate.
  2. Mix the crispy flour with ice cold water and stir until combined.
  3. Coat the chicken in the flour and deep-fry in hot oil over medium heat until golden brown and crispy (about 10–12 minutes).
  4. Remove from heat and drain.
  5. Serve with the  sweet chilli sauce mabin brand. and fresh vegetables as desired.
