Ingredients
Minced chicken breast 250 grams
Yentafo sauce mabin brand 180 grams
Garlic oil 10 grams
All-purpose flour 25 grams
Black pepper 1 grams
Minced garlic 1 grams
Minced shallots 25 grams
Sugar 1/2 teaspoon
Oil 1 tablespoon
Instant puff pastry    

Directions
  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry the garlic until fragrant over low heat until golden brown.
  2. Add the chicken and stir-fry until cooked through, then sprinkle with pepper.
  3. Add the sauce and garlic oil.
  4. Stir-fry until the sauce is absorbed into the chicken, then add the flour and stir-fry until cooked through (about 2 minutes). set aside to cool.
  5. Once the filling is cool, wrap in the prepared puff pastry and bake at 180 degrees celsius, turning for 10 minutes on each side (heat will depend on your oven).
