Mama Yen Ta Fo is a simple dish that many people have tried (especially at the end of the month). But today is special! With just a little bit of Flying Horse brand Yen Ta Fo sauce, you can transform this ordinary dish into a delicious Yen Ta Fo hot pot that the whole family can enjoy.

Directions
- Bring water to a boil. Boil the crispy squid, shrimp, fish balls, and fish cakes until cooked through. Set aside.
- Roll the wonton wrappers into triangles. Heat oil in a pan and heat until hot. Add the wonton wrappers and fry until golden brown and crispy.
- Bring water to a boil. Boil the Korean instant noodles until cooked through. Remove and set aside. Next, blanch the morning glory in the boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Place the Yen Ta Fo sauce in a bowl. Add the hot broth. Arrange the prepared ingredients in a bowl. Crack an egg into the bowl and sprinkle with fried garlic. Serve. (This dish can be served with either soup or dry.)
