Chicken Soup

Ingredients
small chicken legs 120 grams
chicken broth 2 1/2 cups
carrots, cut into bite-sized pieces 1 cup
onion 1 cup
tomatoes 1 1/2  
potatoes 1 cup
sugar 1/2 tablespoon
light soy sauce 1/2 tablespoon
Chilli Sauce Mabin Brand 1/2 - 1 tablespoon
salt 1 teaspoon
A pinch of ground pepper  
Scallions (for garnish)    

Directions
  1. Bring the broth to a boil, add the chicken, wait until the broth boils again, and add the carrots.
  2. Boil until the carrots begin to soften, then add the potatoes, followed by the tomatoes and onions.
  3. Season with light soy sauce, chilli sauce, sugar, and ground pepper. Taste and adjust the seasoning as desired. Serve garnished with chopped spring onions.
