Directions
- Bring the broth to a boil, add the chicken, wait until the broth boils again, and add the carrots.
- Boil until the carrots begin to soften, then add the potatoes, followed by the tomatoes and onions.
- Season with light soy sauce, chilli sauce, sugar, and ground pepper. Taste and adjust the seasoning as desired. Serve garnished with chopped spring onions.
