Yam Yai Yentafo Sauce, we combine seafood for you with a sour and spicy flavor, combined with Mabin Brand signature Yentafo Sauce that will delight the whole family.

Ingredients
Yentafo Sauce Mabin Brand 1 1/2 tablespoons
syrup 1 - 1 1/2 tablespoons
fish sauce 1 tablespoon
lime juice 2 1/2 - 3 tablespoons
finely chopped chilies 1 - 2 tablespoons
New Zealand mussels 2 - 3 pieces
crispy squid 3 - 4 pieces
squid 2 - 3 pieces
shrimps 2 - 3 pieces
onion, chopped 1  
chopped chives 2 stalks
Cashew nuts for garnish    

Directions
  1. Measure the Yentafo Sauce into a bowl. Add the finely chopped chilies, fish sauce, lime juice, and syrup. Mix well.
  2. Add the cooked mussels, crispy squid, squid, and shrimp, along with the chopped onions. Mix the chives together.
  3. Place on a plate and sprinkle with the chives and cashew nuts.
