Mixed Glass Noodle Salad
This mixed glass noodle salad adds a delicious, sour, and spicy flavor to your family's holiday feast. Simply add Chilli Sauce Mabin Brand for an instant delicious meal.

Ingredients
glass noodles 100 grams
cooked shrimps 2 - 3   
cooked scallops 3 - 4  
cooked squids 3 - 4 pieces
onion, chopped 1  
Chilli Sauce Mabin Brand 1 - 2 tablespoons
finely chopped chilies 1 - 2 tablespoons
lime juice 2 tablespoons
syrup 2 tablespoons
fish sauce 1 tablespoons
pineapple juice 1 1/2 tablespoons
Chinese chives 1 stalk
spring onion 1 stalk
cashew nuts 1 tablespoons

Directions
  1. Bring water to a boil. Add glass noodles and cook until soft, avoiding mushy rinds. Drain and cool in cold water.
  2. Boil shrimp in boiling water until cooked through. Remove and set aside. Followed by squid and shellfish.

How to make the dressing:
  1. Combine finely chopped chilies, chilli sauce, lime juice, syrup, fish sauce, and pineapple juice in a mixing bowl. Taste and adjust seasonings to your liking.
  2. Add the meat, glass noodles, chopped onion, Chinese chives, and spring onions. Toss to combine. Serve on a plate.
  3. Sprinkle with cashew nuts and serve.
