Directions
- Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry for a few minutes. Crack the eggs into the pan. When the eggs are cooked, use a spatula to mash the eggs and stir-fry until the eggs and meat are well combined.
- Add the carrots and baby corn and stir-fry until soft. Add the Chinese cabbage, morning glory, Chinese chives, and glass noodles and stir-fry until everything is well combined.
- Season with the Suki Sauce Mabin Brand. Serve.
