Pad Mee Sukiyaki (Stir-fried Suki Noodles)

Ingredients
Dried rice vermicelli (soaked until soft) 100 grams
Meat of your choice 100 grams
Egg 1 egg
Chinese cabbage 1/2 cup
Celery 2 - 3  stalks
Carrots (as desired)    
Minced garlic 1 teaspoon
Mabin suki sauce 3 - 4 tablespoons
Cooking oil 1 tablespoons

Directions
  1. Prepare the noodles : soak the dried rice vermicelli in water until soft, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat. add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Add the prepared meat and stir-fry until just cooked through.
  4. Add the chinese cabbage and carrots and stir-fry until the vegetables are tender. then, push the mixture to the side of the pan. crack in the eggs and scramble them. once they are almost cooked, mix with the vegetables and meat.
  5. Add the rice vermicelli and mabin suki sauce. stir-fry to combine. taste and adjust the seasoning.
  6. Add the celery at the end and stir-fry until wilted. turn off the heat and serve.
