Directions
- Heat oil in a pan and heat until hot. Fry the tofu until golden brown and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan. When hot, add the chopped garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the mushrooms and shrimp and stir-fry until cooked. Add the carrots and glass noodles.
- Season with oyster sauce, light soy sauce, Yentafo sauce, and sugar. Stir-fry until well combined. Add the cabbage and stir-fry until cooked. Add the fried tofu, chives, and spring onions. Serve on a plate.
