Ingredients
tofu puffs, soaked until soft 3 - 4 pieces
fresh shrimps 3 - 4  
shiitake mushroom, soaked until soft, cut into bite-sized pieces 1  
Chinese chives/spring onions, cut into sections 2 stalks
(1 stalk each)    
minced garlic 1 tablespoon
firm tofu, cut into large pieces 4 - 5 pieces
cabbage/carrot 1/2 cup
fresh glass noodles 100 grams
Oyster Sauce Mabin Brand 1 tablespoon
light soy sauce 1 tablespoon
Yentafo Sauce Mabin Brand 3 tablespoon
sugar 1 tablespoon

Directions
  1. Heat oil in a pan and heat until hot. Fry the tofu until golden brown and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. When hot, add the chopped garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the mushrooms and shrimp and stir-fry until cooked. Add the carrots and glass noodles.
  3. Season with oyster sauce, light soy sauce, Yentafo sauce, and sugar. Stir-fry until well combined. Add the cabbage and stir-fry until cooked. Add the fried tofu, chives, and spring onions. Serve on a plate.
