Oyster Sauce Beef Steak with Jaew Sauce
A fusion dish that combines Western and Isan influences, this steak is marinated in premium oyster sauce, resulting in tender meat. Topped with the Spicy Jaew Sauce, it's a perfect match.

Ingredients
steak, cut into pieces 150 grams
Oyster Sauce Mabin Brand 2 - 3 tablespoons
oil (for greasing the meat) 1 tablespoon
A pinch of black pepper    


Ingredients for the Jaew Sauce
fish sauce 1 tablespoon
tamarind juice 1 tablespoon
syrup 1 tablespoon
lime juice 1 tablespoon
chopped shallots 1 - 2 tablespoon
coriander, chopped 2 stalks
spring onions, chopped 2 stalks
oasted rice 1/2 - 1 tablespoon
chili powder 1/2 - 1 tablespoon

Directions
  1. Wash the beef and cut into steak-sized pieces. Marinate with Oyster Sauce Mabin Brand and let it sit for about half an hour.
  2. Coat the beef with oil. Heat a pan over medium heat. Grill the meat to your desired doneness. Remove from the oven and place on a plate. Sprinkle with ground black pepper.

How to make the nam jim jaew : Mix fish sauce and tamarind paste together. Then add the syrup, lime juice, and chili powder. Stir to combine. Taste and adjust the seasoning. Add chopped shallots, cilantro, chopped spring onions, and toasted rice.
