Panang Curry

Savor the rich and delicious flavor of this thick panang curry, fragrant with the aroma of kaffir lime and unique curry paste. It's spicy and sweet, and goes great with hot steamed rice.

Ingredients 

Panang Curry Sauce  1 box
Diced meat 4 - 5 tablespoons             
Red chili, sliced diagonally 1 piece 
Kaffir lime leaves, finely chopped 3 - 4 piece of leaves           


Note : Pot with lid (16-18 cm diameter)

Directions

  1. Pour the prepared Panang Curry Sauce Makin Brand into a pot with a lid and bring to a boil.
  2. When the curry paste boils, add the meat, stir to combine, cover (the curry paste should cover the meat), bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 7 minutes (or until the meat is cooked through).
  3. Add the kaffir lime leaves and red chili, stir to combine, turn off the heat, and serve.
