Red Curry

This authentic Thai curry is incredibly spicy and flavorful, with the aroma of herbs and red curry paste stir-fried with fresh coconut milk. this is a classic Thai dish that is always delicious and flavorful.

Ingredients 

Red curry sauce  1 Box
Diced meat 3 tablespoons
Thai eggplants (cut into wedges) 3 - 4 piece
Basil leaves 10 - 15 piece
Red chili pepper, sliced diagonally 1/4 piece
Kaffir lime leaves 1 - 2 piece of leaves


Note : Pot with lid (16-18 cm diameter)

Directions

  1. Pour the prepared red curry sauce makin brand into a pot with a lid and bring to a boil.
  2. When the soup boils, add the meat and thai eggplant, stir to combine, cover (the soup should cover the meat and vegetables), bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 4 minutes (or until the vegetables and meat are cooked through).
  3. Add the kaffir lime leaves, red chili peppers, and torn basil leaves. stir to combine. turn off the heat and serve.
