Enjoy this popular curry with a rich and balanced flavor, with the unique aroma of green curry paste and basil leaves. It's sweet and spicy, easy to eat and everyone loves it.

Ingredients 

Green Curry Sauce Makin Brand 1 Box
diced meat 3 tablespoons
eggplants (cut into wedges) 3 - 4 piece
basil leaves 10 - 15 piece of leaves
red chili pepper, sliced diagonally 1/4 piece
kaffir lime leaves 1 - 2 piece of leaves


Note : Pot with lid (16-18 cm diameter)

Directions

  1. Pour the prepared green curry sauce makin brand into a pot with a lid and bring to a boil.
  2. When the soup boils, add the meat and eggplant, stir to combine, cover (the soup should cover the meat and vegetables), bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 4 minutes (or until the vegetables and meat are cooked through).
  3. Add the kaffir lime leaves, red chili peppers, and basil leaves, stir to combine, turn off the heat, and serve.
