Crispy Tofu with 3 Flavors Sauce

Ingredients
large cubes of kinu tofu 5 - 6 piece
finely chopped garlic 1 tablespoon
finely chopped chili 1/2 - 1 tablespoon
Sweet Chilli Sauce Mabin Brand 1  cup
vinegar 1/2 teaspoon
fish sauce 1/2 teaspoon
corn starch (for coating the tofu)    
palm oil (for frying)    


Directions

Fry the Tofu 
Lightly coat the tofu with corn starch and fry until golden brown. remove and set aside.

How to Make the Three Flavors Sauce

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add the finely chopped garlic and chili. Fry until fragrant.
  2. Pour in the Sweet Chilli Sauce. Season with vinegar and fish sauce. Taste until you have three flavors. Then pour over the fried tofu.
