Directions
Fry the Tofu
Lightly coat the tofu with corn starch and fry until golden brown. remove and set aside.
How to Make the Three Flavors Sauce
- Heat oil in a pan and add the finely chopped garlic and chili. Fry until fragrant.
- Pour in the Sweet Chilli Sauce. Season with vinegar and fish sauce. Taste until you have three flavors. Then pour over the fried tofu.
