Directions
- Crack the eggs into a bowl. Beat them, then add the milk, sprinkle with salt, and a pinch of ground pepper. Mix well.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add butter and wait until melted. Pour in the beaten eggs.
- Don't overcook the eggs; sprinkle with cheese and garnish with mushrooms, bell peppers, and tomatoes.
- Place the hot skillet in the oven. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius and wait until the cheese melts. Remove from oven.
