Directions
- Coat the fish in corn starch and deep-fry in a hot pan until golden brown and crispy. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, shallots, minced ginger, and finely chopped soybean paste. Add diced bell peppers and Chinese rice wine. Stir-fry until the alcohol smell disappears. Add the broth.
