Ingredients
Chicken thigh with drumstick 1 piece
Ground coriander root, garlic, and peppercorns 11/2  tablespoons
Oyster sauce mabin brand 1 tablespoons
Light soy sauce 1 tablespoons
Soy sauce 1 tablespoons
Granulated sugar 1 tablespoons
Crispy flour (for coating the chicken)    
Cooking oil (for frying the chicken)    

Ingredients for the sauce
Broth 200 ml
Oyster sauce mabin brand 1 tablespoon
Light soy sauce 1 tablespoon
Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
Granulated sugar 1 tablespoon
Sweet plum sauce mabin brand 1 - 2 tablespoon
Cornstarch dissolved in water 1 tablespoon
Black pepper A little  

How to marinate the chicken
Heat a pan and pour oil into the pan. Add the pounded coriander root, garlic, and peppercorns. Season with oyster sauce, soy sauce, light soy sauce, and palm sugar. pour over the cleaned chicken thighs and marinate for 30 minutes.

Directions
  1. Once the chicken is marinated, coat it with the crispy flour and deep-fry in hot oil until cooked through. remove from heat and set aside.
  2. Bring the broth to a boil. add the fried chicken and simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes, or until tender and cooked through.
  3. Season with oyster sauce, light soy sauce, soy sauce, and plum sauce.
  4. Add the dissolved cornstarch and stir frequently to prevent lumps.
