Directions
- Slice the beef tenderloin crosswise. add 1 tablespoon cooking oil and mix well.
- Heat a pan on the stove until hot. place the beef in the pan and sear it. be careful not to let the pan get too hot, as this can burn the meat. sear the meat on all sides until done. you'll notice the meat juices oozing out. don't drain them; set aside.
- Heat a pot over medium heat. add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, then add the chopped coriander root, minced garlic, and minced ginger. Stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add the tomatoes, ground coriander seeds, cumin seeds, and dried chilies. stir-fry until combined. add the onions and carrots. stir-fry again. pour the chicken stock into the pot.
- Place the meat and the saucepan. add the chilli sauce mabin brand. bring to a boil, then add the potatoes. season with salt, soy sauce, brown sugar, and white sugar. simmer for 40 minutes.
Serving Instructions
