Braised Beef in Traditional Chilli Sauce
This dish boasts a well-balanced flavor that retains the spiciness of the spices and chilli sauce mabin brand, with a slight sourness from the tomatoes. If you love beef, we highly recommend trying this recipe. The meat is not tough and retains its full-bodied sweetness.

Ingredients 
Beef tenderloin with fat 250 grams
Carrots (cut into 1-inch pieces) 100 grams
Onions (cut into 1-inch pieces) 100 grams
Potatoes (cut into 1-inch pieces) 200 grams
Diced tomatoes 100 grams
Chicken stock 250 milliliters
Inely chopped garlic 2 tablespoons
Finely chopped coriander root 1 tablespoons
Ground coriander seeds 1/2 teaspoon
Ground cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
Finely chopped ginger 100 grams
Cooking oil 2 tablespoons
Chilli sauce mabin brand 6 tablespoons
Brown sugar 2 tablespoons
White sugar 1 tablespoons
Dried chilies 1 tablespoons
Salt 2 teaspoon
Light soy sauce 2 tablespoons
Coriander leaves (add as desired)    
Chopped spring onions (add as desired)    

Directions
  1. Slice the beef tenderloin crosswise. add 1 tablespoon cooking oil and mix well.
  2. Heat a pan on the stove until hot. place the beef in the pan and sear it. be careful not to let the pan get too hot, as this can burn the meat. sear the meat on all sides until done. you'll notice the meat juices oozing out. don't drain them; set aside.
  3. Heat a pot over medium heat. add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, then add the chopped coriander root, minced garlic, and minced ginger. Stir-fry until fragrant.
  4. Add the tomatoes, ground coriander seeds, cumin seeds, and dried chilies. stir-fry until combined. add the onions and carrots. stir-fry again. pour the chicken stock into the pot.
  5. Place the meat and the saucepan. add the chilli sauce mabin brand. bring to a boil, then add the potatoes. season with salt, soy sauce, brown sugar, and white sugar. simmer for 40 minutes.
Serving Instructions
Place on a plate and garnish with shredded kaffir lime leaves, sliced chili peppers, and garnish with microgreens and lettuce.
