Directions
- Sprinkle a large piece of sea bass with a little salt and pepper, 2 teaspoons sesame oil, and 2 teaspoons chinese rice wine. then, massage the fish into the mixture.
- Place the coriander root, garlic, and kaffir lime leaves on a plate and place a pair of chopsticks on top. place the fish on the chopsticks. bring a steamer to a boil. place the prepared fish on a plate, cover, and steam for 12 minutes.
How to make the sauce
Heat a pan over medium heat. add the yentafo sauce mabin brand and stir-fry until fragrant. add the chicken stock, salt, sugar, light soy sauce, and 1 teaspoon of chinese rice wine. stir to combine and bring to a boil. turn off the heat. add the lime juice and strain the sauce through a sieve.
How to serve
