Oyster Omelette
Hot, crispy oyster omelette, a classic dish that you can easily make at home. Delicious! Your little ones will love it. You can add as many flavors as you want. This holiday, let's show off your skills in the kitchen.

Ingredients 
oysters 1/4 cup
rice flour 6 tablespoons
arrowroot flour 1 1/2 tablespoons
crispy flour 1 1/2 tablespoons
ice cold water 9 tablespoons
egg 1  
bean sprouts 1/2 cup
A little ground pepper    
Chopped green onions for garnish    

Dipping Sauce Ingredients
Chilli Sauce Mabin Brand 2 tablespoons
Sweet Chilli Sauce Mabin Brand 2 tablespoons

How to Mix the Flour 
1. Add rice flour 6 tablespoons
2. Add arrowroot flour 1/2 tablespoon
3. Add crispy flour 1/2 tablespoon
4. Add a little ground pepper    
5. Add ice cold water    
6. Stir until the flour dissolves. Smooth and uniform.  

Directions
  1. Pour the batter into the pan.
  2. Spread the oysters evenly across the pan.
  3. Crack the eggs into the pan.
  4. Beat the eggs and spread them evenly.
  5. Wait until the bottom is cooked through and nicely browned before turning.
  6. Serve on the hot plate.
  7. Sprinkle with spring onions for added color.
